At Zeta Styles, we value your satisfaction with our products and are committed to providing a no cost and hassle-free product exchange process. Please carefully review our exchange policy outlined.

Product Exchange Policy

1. General Information

  • Exchanges are free of charge;

  • Customers have a period of 10 days from the date of receiving the product to express their interest in exchanging. After this 10-day period, it is understood that the customer has chosen to keep the product.

2. How to Proceed?

  1. Please ensure that it is within the 10-day period after receiving the product and that the item is perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging;
  2. Contact our customer service at sac@revolutienda.com within 10 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process. Our team will provide you with the return address and any necessary instructions;
  3. Ship the product back to our warehouse. Please, note that we do not provide a reverse logistics label. It is customer's responsibility to send the product back to our warehouse. The refund for the return shipping cost covers a maximum of the amount paid for the product in our store. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Once the returned product is received and verified to be in perfect condition, the customer's return shipping cost will be reimbursed in the form of a store credit, which also includes the amount paid for the product at the time of purchase. The store credit, can be used for a future purchase on our website, allowing customers to make a new selection.

3. Exceptions / non-exchangeble items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not exchange hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

Due to health and hygiene reasons, for your safety, we do not return or exchange underwear, bras, lingeries, bikinis and others products of the same nature.
